Selection Process

SSC CPO 2026 में selection कई stages में पूरा होगा। उम्मीदवारों को एक stage qualify करने के बाद ही अगली stage के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Final selection के लिए सभी जरूरी stages में qualify करना होगा।

Selection process इस प्रकार है:

1. Paper-I Computer Based Examination (CBE)
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)
3. Physical Endurance Test (PET)
4. Paper-II Computer Based Examination (CBE)
5. Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
6. Document Verification (DV)

PST/PET और Medical Examination qualifying nature के होते हैं। उम्मीदवारों की final selection Paper-II में performance, NCC bonus (जहां लागू हो) और post/force preference के आधार पर की जाती है।

SSC CPO 2026 Salary

SSC CPO 2026 के सभी posts के लिए Pay Level-6 और ₹35,400 से ₹1,12,400 तक का pay scale है।

Female candidates के लिए PET में chest measurement की कोई requirement नहीं है। उन्हें केवल निर्धारित running, long jump और high jump standards qualify करने होंगे।

Documents Required For SSC CPO Recruitment 2026

Candidates should keep the following documents/details ready while filling out the SSC CPO Recruitment 2026 online form:

• Aadhaar Card
• Active Mobile Number and Email ID
• 10th/Matriculation Certificate
• Graduation Details
• Category Certificate, if applicable
• EWS/PwBD/ESM Certificate, if applicable
• Valid LMV Driving Licence for eligible male candidates applying for Delhi Police SI
• Other required documents related to age, qualification or reservation, if applicable

Note: The SSC application process captures the candidate’s photograph in real time, so a pre-existing photograph is not required.

How to Apply for SSC CPO Recruitment 2026

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official SSC website or the mySSC mobile application. Candidates should complete the application carefully and submit it before the deadline.

1. Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new SSC website.
3. Log in and select SSC CPO Examination 2026.
4. Enter your personal, educational and other required details.
5. Complete the live photograph process and upload the required signature.
6. Select your preferred post/force and examination centres carefully.
7. Pay the application fee, if applicable.
8. Check all details through the Preview option.
9. Submit the application form and save a copy for future reference.

Important: OTR created on the old SSC website (ssc.nic.in) will not work on the new SSC website. Candidates are advised to apply well before the deadline to avoid technical issues or heavy website traffic.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Apply online before 30 September 2026, 11:00 PM.
• Complete OTR on the new SSC website; old ssc.nic.in OTR will not work.
• Check DOB, qualification, category and post preference carefully before final submission.
• Male candidates choosing Delhi Police SI must have a valid LMV Driving Licence (Motorcycle & Car) as required for PE&MT.
• Keep a copy of the submitted application form and payment details for future reference.
• If any correction is required, use the correction window from 8 to 10 October 2026.
• Do not wait until the last day to submit the form, as heavy website traffic may cause login or submission problems.
